NEW DELHI: The ongoing IPL season has proven to be a watershed moment in the league’s history, with an unprecedented showcase of power-hitting prowess. A staggering 300 sixes have been smashed in just 17 matches, setting a new record for the most sixes in the first 17 matches of any IPL season.
This remarkable feat eclipses the previous record of 259 sixes set during the 2023 season.
