Saint John Fisher University on lockdown after attempted stabbing


ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Saint John Fisher University campus is on lockdown tonight as police search for a reported “suspicious person.”

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said it was investigating an attempted stabbing on campus. Police said the victim was not hurt.

According to SJFU, no injuries have been reported. Everyone on campus has been asked to shelter in place.
