In the latest twist that’s sending more shockwaves through the Bravoverse, former ‘Real Housewives of New York’ sensation, Leah McSweeney, has launched a legal bombshell straight at Bravo and Andy Cohen. The suit screams scandal, claiming the network and Cohen lit the fuse on McSweeney’s battle with alcoholism, all for a taste of those sky-high ratings.

In 2019, just before the cameras rolled on Season 12. McSweeney, fresh from conquering her demons, revealed her fragile sobriety to the show’s creators, only to find herself plunged into a calculated whirlpool of temptation engineered to ignite on-screen chaos. It’s reality TV gone rogue – the lawsuit accuses the production powerhouse behind the drama, including giants NBC Universal and Warner Bros. Discovery, of weaving a toxic tapestry designed to push McSweeney to the brink.

McSweeney has unleashed a personal accusation at Cohen, Bravo’s puppet master, painting him as the kingpin of an alleged cocaine-fueled empire, favoring those who partake in his off-screen antics with glowing edits and screen time. According to McSweeney, Cohen’s not just pushing boundaries; he’s bulldozing them, fostering a culture of substance misuse that sidelines anyone daring to stay clean.

Cohen’s camp fires back, branding McSweeney’s accusations as pure fiction. But McSweeney’s not backing down, taking to Instagram to decry the “dangerous work environment” at Bravo, accusing the network of fueling drama through destructive means.
